Getting started is simply, just head to your account login to your system with your Company ID, Email and Password, now head over to the System Users (You will need to be on an account with
admin access for this to work). Now, click on the Create user button, and fill in the details for the new user. Once you've setup the new user they will be able to login with there new login details and access the system.
Contractors vs Staff accounts
Contractor accounts can only access jobs assigned for them, they have no access to customers expect one assigned to jobs and have no access to parts except the one assigned on the jobs and the ability to add used parts, whereas Staff accounts have have to the full system including all Jobs, Customers, Parts and Access Codes but not mission critical settings like System Settings and not have the ability to create new users.
